"The hotel is in an excellent location. However by very npisy street with a tram line, so in the summer by open window it is quite noisy. There is no dedicated parking space, but we found parking space easly. Staff is wonderfull. Hotel maintained in 70', 80' style is a fantastic experience about how it looked like in comunist Poland. "The hotel was south of the river but convenient for the Kazimierz and Old Town areas if you don't mind a short stroll of 20 minutes or so. "Upon arrival they could not find my booking, made through Hotels.com, however the man at reception was very helpful and after about 5 mins everything was sorted. The room itself was basic however as I was only there for 2 nights while i visited Krakow it had everything i needed. Location is easy to get to by tram and well lit for walking home at night (I was alone and didn't feel unsafe in the area). My room was a single with onsuite, there was a large wardrobe, table and chairs, TV and towels...
