"Room was huge, clean and modern. Great loction for ease of access into old town and local amenities. Check in wad slightly delayed but we used the bar whilst we waited. The hotel was quiet, didnt even hear noise from the hallways. Food and drink were good with lots of options. "

"The hotel was very smart & clean. The staff always helpful. We had breakfast each morning, which is self service buffet with plenty of choice. Our stay was only 4 days, so didn't really experience the facilities to the full. But they have a bar & restaurant, a gym & pool table. The hotel is just a 10min walk to the beautiful Old Town & Market Square and 5min from Wawel Castle (look out for the fire-breathing dragon). There is an extensive tram network in Krakow, one line just 2mins from the hotel (unfortunately this line was undergoing maintenance during our stay). Overall, an EXCELLENT hotel"

"The hotel is in a great location, way to walk to the old town, also located right next to the station/shopping centre. The hotel staff were so hopefully throughout our stay, we came for a wedding in Krakow, with most of the wedding guest staying at the hotel. I think they handle this very well. We don’t really dine at the hotel but what we did try it was very good. Totally recommend this hotel, there is also a sister hotel based in the old town, which has a spa but the hotel offers a private shuttle if you want to go to the spa. "
