"I had the pleasure of staying at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel on two separate occasions, and I must say, this hotel truly stands out in many ways. First and foremost, the staff here are exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stays, every interaction was marked by genuine care and professionalism. They go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued, making the experience truly memorable. As for the rooms, they are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. During my first stay, I experienced the most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in—honestly, it was perfection. I still think about how wonderfully I slept that night! On my second stay, the bed was great, but I couldn’t help feeling a little let down because the bar had been set so high the first time. That said, it was still far above average compared to most hotels. Overall, the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, with outstanding staff and great attention to detail. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and will certainly be returning in the future!"

"This hotel blew us all away! My sisters and I go away together when we can, and decided upon Krakow for this trip. We chose the hotel because of the location and price. Both were excellent when we booked, and we were very happy. When we arrived, we realised how lucky we were! The location could not be better - every time we walked outside we were wowed by being on the beautiful main square - literally outside the front door. The hotel itself was wonderful - pristine, lovely helpful staff, incredible breakfasts, lovely homely comfortable rooms. In addition, so generous! We had a bottle of Prosecco, on ice, in our room waiting for us, and drinks in the fridge were all complementary. Great personal dinner recommendations for dinner from the front of house staff. I travel a lot, and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in."

"Excellent stay. Many prefer to stay in Old Town but we found this hotel's location to be even better: being right outside (across the boulevard and a small park) from Old Town, it's about a 5-minute walk from both the main train station and the old town which worked great for us. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast options were a lot. Only drawback is that you can't call an Uber to the hotel but to a nearby pickup spot (taxis do come to the hotel though) and that there's a pedestrian underpass to cross the street to the train station. Generally not an issue but can be if you have mobility issues and need to minimize walking or elevator to the underpass is down. "
