The staff were excellent and the dinner we had in the restaurant was really tasty. Overall it was a really nice property with easy parking (a true luxury in Europe) but I would suggest picking a stay when temps aren't hitting 32 degrees celsius."

"Upon arrival they could not find my booking, made through Hotels.com, however the man at reception was very helpful and after about 5 mins everything was sorted. The room itself was basic however as I was only there for 2 nights while i visited Krakow it had everything i needed. Location is easy to get to by tram and well lit for walking home at night (I was alone and didn't feel unsafe in the area). My room was a single with onsuite, there was a large wardrobe, table and chairs, TV and towels...
