"We had booked a villa and were given a 3rd floor apartment. We could see trash all over on the ground from the balcony. Hot water would work only if one bathroom is used. If both bathrooms were used, no one would get hot water. We had a toddler and climbing 3rd floor with a toddler and bags and food was a hassle. "We loved it here! I was so cozy and great space for our family. The only thing we were real bummed about was the pool being permanently closed on this property due to structure. It should probably be taken off of the pictures and amenities. The pool was one of the reasons we booked. Otherwise is was a great stay!"

We ended up staying one night out of the three we booked. We were really looking forward to the pool, but found out it is permanently closed due to structural issues.
