"We visit a couple of times a year to visit my husbands family, it was our first time not staying in a hotel and we had the best time. The apartment is well furnished, we didn’t cook with it just being the two of us, but if we needed to it was well stocked which is good to know for when we do come back with our kids. The road noise didn’t bother us because of the white noise machine, we will be back."

"Pros- very responsive host! - great view of the mountains and slopes - relatively close to alot of stuff Cons- not clear at all how to get to the actual unit. They gave an address to a building on the opposite side of the property, there are 11 buildings so they need to be more clear on instructions on exactly what building to go to and what floor. -No pool/spa access- you have to scan a badge to get into the pool/hottub area and there was no access key left in the room, which the heated pool...

"I was very excited to stay at this mountain cabin for a quick weekend ski trip to Beech Mountain. Based on the description on VRBO, there was a bonus room, a working sauna, and beautiful pictures of a cozy clean cabin.From the moment we arrived it was a disaster. We walked in the cabin and there was no heat, it was about 50 and everything was unplugged and off. We started trying to plug in some space heaters that were provided and turn on the baseboard heaters because that was all that we had…...

"We really enjoyed this house. It was smaller than anticipated but no big deal. The tvs were small in the bedroom and the living room tv needs to be replaced. It only worked on amazon prime and if you touched the wrong button it would freeze. There was mold on the shower linens and the host replaced them very quickly. Front desk staff was friendly outside of the rqcist older guy who refused to speak to us. "

"Wonderful location, very nice small place as a good home base to explore the area. Only complaint was inability to change the heat due a broken nob on the unit. Otherwise, very sweet experience."
