"Very nice aparthotel on Gran Via - close to all tourist attractions, public transportation. Friendly staff. Could use some updating in the kitchenette area (coffee maker would be nice). The beds were on wheels and were moving. All in all a nice aparthotel, would recommend it."

"The area is pretty clean and quiet, the property has parking garage on site, which is we are looking for. The reception is nice and helpful. The location is ok, very close to Sophia museum, but far away from Royal Palace of Madrid, but Taxi is easy and price is reasonable. There are mini market on the corner of the street, very convenient. The property is clean and the kitchen has basic appliances, very useful. "

"We had a wonderful experience at Novotel. Breakfast buffet has many selections from a smoothie bar to churros, to charcuterie options, fruits, cheese, vegetables,.. all so delicious. They cleaned the rooms very quickly every day. Staff were very kind. The hotel is in a posh neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. One comment on the cleanliness is that there was dust on some surfaces and in the bathroom vents but other than that everything looked clean. "
