We never cook when away so the small kitchen worked fine for us - as did the one-room efficiency floor plan since we were out-and-about most of the day. A block and a half from the beach (yay!) and many restaurant choices also in walking distance (1-1.5 miles). "Burnham Beach Cottages are fantastic. We enjoyed an extremely cosy, homely, and very well equipped rustic cabin, tucked away in a quiet, private oasis, a very short walk from the beach and pier. Katie, Wendy and the management team could not have been more proactive both before and during our 5-night stay, which was faultless. "Our usual Christmas family gathering spot is under remodel. This VRBO became the perfect substitute. We had a hiccup of the water heater going out. Tasha was on top of it and had it replaced right away. Small notes, for a big beautiful kitchen, it was shy of some basics. That and very few bathroom hand towels."
