"Lovely hotel,staff were brilliant,the lady who cleaned our rooms was the happiest person always with a smile on her face and left the room spotless. The entertainment was good and there was something on all day if you wanted Food was nice,pool was great abd the grounds are lovely. It was my partners birthday and the even left a card and a small box of chocolates in our room on the day."

"Little if anything to fault, other than that the hotel requires an uplift, decor, furnishings etc. The staff are competent, hardworking,and courteous. The concierge staff always pleased to assist - in particular Santiago, who in my view epitomises the true and effective hospitality professional. We enjoyed our stay and whilst we visited the entertainment, the class act was the ambidextrous lady who was thrown out of a suitcase!!! Hopefully we’d like to visit at approximately the Same time in 2026 J.P UK"

"Huge flat to myself with a nice balcony, so great value for money. The cleaning was ok. Only twin beds, I would have preferred a double bed, but they seem to do things that way there. Nice wooden furniture everywhere. Some very friendly clerks (Alvaro was amazing!), some less interested. The pool was great outside too. The WiFi though was awful but I guess it must be hard in such a large place. But super happy in the end. "

"Loved that it was so close to Yumbo! We had a room facing the pool and would recommend this if you don't want to be disturbed by noise coming from Yumbo at night. It's worth the small extra charge! "
