"The inn was so unique and had such amazing history. Frank was the sweetest and so nice about us coming in later. When we came he showed us around and told us all about Smithville’s history and some of the artifacts there. Can’t wait to come again! "

"We stayed here for our weekend getaway and absolutely loved the house. It was located in a great “close to everything yet private” street and the check in/out process was so simple! We felt right at home in the adorably decorated place and would have loved to stay longer! We’ll be back in future years as we plan to make a tradition out of this weekend!"

"Check-in was done by text, very detailed info, as house was difficult to find at night. Hard part was 5 of us getting ready for a wedding, with 1 bathroom; but we made it work. Rainfall showerhead, so bring a shower cap lol They had soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Very nice towels. We would definitely stay here again, if the situation arose."
