"The hotel itself is OK. It gives off this vibe like someone really cared when it started, the rooms and furnishings are really nice, but then completely gave up, as the details are cheap and staff is tragic. The checkin lady made me feel like her day’s worst burden, then said that the restaurant only sells frozen pizza and if we want something edible, we can drive elsewhere (in an establishment named Hotel Restaurant Riccoty). Later, when paying for the city tax, it took her good 5 minutes to...

"Très belle hôtel, flambant neuf, belle chambre, parking sous terrain, site sécurisé, 2 restos à 50m, petit déj sympa... Problème rencontré, chambre glacial, test d'un seconde chambre tout aussi glacial ( bloqué en mode clim dans les 2 cas) troisième à température mais sans plus. Séjour de 2 jour et chauffage très limite en saison hivernale... Dommage aussi la tv pas simple à utiliser, un mode d'emploi serait le bienvenu.... Sinon mersonnel très sympathique "

"Phenomenal property !!!! I was so happy with our stay - which was sadly too short. This was merely a rest stop on the way to ski. But what an incredible surprise. Super friendly staff - the welcome was professional and so wonderful. The place is a castle and you feel transported to the Middle Ages. Real fast is excellent. Super comfortable. I will return !!!
