Beautiful room with large terrace overlooking the lake. Stunning views. Lovely staff. We didn’t have breakfast because at €18 for a continental breakfast, we thought it was a bit expensive. Parking is a bit tricky. Nice walk to the lakeshore where there were several restaurants open for dinner. Aix is still very quiet in mid May, with lots of restaurants and facilities still closed.

La chambre est très bien avec une très belle vue et le personnel ainsi que les infrastructures sont parfaites. Cependant des volets électriques ne fonctionnait pas, les lumières du balcon non plus, une baie vitrée était non fonctionnel et le lavabo était pleins de poils et autres saletés.

J’avais réservé pour une nuit dans cet hôtel. Les avantages de la baignoire balneo pour deux ainsi que les velux étaient mes critères qui m’ont fait payer la coquette somme du prix de la chambre au mois d’août. Déception quant à ma grande surprise il s’agit d’une baignoire simple et qu’à la réception on me dit que sur les photos il y a bien deux coussins mais c’est pour une seule personne. Les velux étaient degueulasses à tel point que nous ne voyons rien au travers… Le dessus de lit était taché Pour le reste je n’ai rien à redire , une fois le velux ouvert nous pouvons voir de la chambre le lac et c’est agréable, la literie est bonne et la piscine bien qu’elle ne soit pas très grande est à température plus que convenable. Mais pour le prix, je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Excellent hotel avec trés belle vue
Séjour vraiment agréable l'équipe trés aimable et à l'écoute. Chambre vraiment propre avec une magnifique vue sur le lac. Sauna et Jacuzzi trés propres. Nous reviendrons avec grand grand plaisir.

Horrible expérience dans un décor de cinéma
On a choisi la chambre SUPERIEURE avec vue PARTIELLE sur le lac. Dès l'arrivée, il y a eu un problème : la chambre est juste en dessous de la rue, du coté du trafic. Se poser sur la terrasse donnait l'impression d'être allongés au bord de la route; et en plus la terrasse et le mobiliers étaient sales. Donc on se plaint et en réponse on nous reproche d'avoir loué la chambre par Hotels.com : "vous auriez dû nous appeler lors de votre réservation". Et pour la vue Partielle, je vous laisse vous rendre compte en regardant les photos. C'était une vue partielle sur les parpaings plus que sur le lac... On y note également l'état de propreté de la terrasse et des transats. Tout fait rêver ! A l'intérieur, pas d'insonorisation : on entend la route, tout dans le couloir, le téléphone des voisins sonner, les voisins aller aux toilettes. Très mauvaise insonorisation phonique, difficile à comprendre pour un établissement qui se veut de luxe. et pour couronner le tout, il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude. Les responsables de l'hôtel n'ont pas réussi à régler le problème, ni de suite, ni le soir, ni le lendemain lorsque nous sommes partis. Pas de balnéo, pas de douche chaude le soir ou le lendemain matin. Et pas un geste commercial pour s'excuser ! Rien à part "on est désolé ; on ne comprend pas. Je ne recommande à personne de payer aussi cher pour un décor de cinéma car c'est joli en apparence mais ce n'est qu'une façade.

Nice Stop Over
Very pleasant and helpful service. We stayed on our way south and on our return trip. The rooms are a little small but comfortable and good value and all we needed for a brief stay. The overall ambience is peaceful.

There was a mix up on dates when booking through Expedia (probably user error, but realised within 30 seconds of making the booking) and it was extremely painful to fix it. I think both the hotel and Expedia bear some responsibility for the painful process of fixing it. Might have been nice if the hotel could have been a bit more pragmatic and helpful. Check in was a bit slow since we had to have the breakfast menu read to us and order. Lake views are EXCELLENT, room was lovely, nice terrace and inviting looking pool (which we didn't have time to try). Entrance area and reception rather shabby! I think a bit expensive for what it was, but if your priority is lake view, it's a good bet.

Le prix payé ne correspond pas aux prestations reçues. Réception au -1 donc aucun accueil à l'arrivée...il faut trouver la reception tout seul! Petite chambre, certes propre et simplement décorée Vue sur le lac gâchées par les plaques d'acier du balcon. Aucun nessaire de toilette autre que du savon liquide dans des distributeurs Même pas unr bouteille d'eau offerte. Il faut fonc payer 2e50 au minibar dès la première bouteille ouverte. Petit dejeuner à 15e n'en vaut pas 10. Il s'agissait de notre lune de miel et je l'avais précisé lors de la réservation mais aucune attention particulière n'a été portée à ce détail...dommage.
