Be aware you have to book dinner even though its a buffet, we weren't told about this and went to the buffet 2 nights got sat fine then rest of the nights had a 45 min -1 hour wait, after skiing you are definitely tired and don't want to be waiting to eat. I did tell the manager that I felt this should be told at check in so that people can pre plan their meal times."

"Advice for those booking: 1. Hotel name does not match the listing here. It is “Balambra Hotel Les Menuries” 2. The “Les Bruyeres” bus stop is right outside so really easy for accessing other parts of Les menuries if you’d like to by bus or if an airport transfer drops you off at the Gare routière. "I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent.
