"The accomodation was very cozy and comfy. My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and shopping centres only a few minutes away. The beach is only a 5-10 minute drive from the accomodation which is amazing. Maranda was an amazing host as well! Very easy to communicate with and very attentive with all our needs. Check in was very easy and Maranda was very flexible with our needs. However, due to the bush area the accomodation was located it, there were many bugs around the property, but it did not bother us much. Lovely stay, would definitely come again! "

"We had a lovely couple of days in this character filled property with incredible views. There was everything you could want in the kitchen (and more). The lounge area was comfy and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck for lunch. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved Clareville. Such a picturesque area and the waterfront is practically on the doorstep. The boys also enjoyed the waves at Avalon beach which is only a few minutes drive away. I would highly recommend the Sundeck Cottage and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing this gem. "

"A 5 day stay to unwind and be near the beach. Lynn is a wonderful host and gave fantastic advice about where to go and provided what ever was needed and offered so much extra. The hot tub with a view was unbelievable and the facilities are just what you need to satisfy every need. I will be back as the stay completely fufilled the brief. "

Just a few steps from the surf club, which had a great surf side cafe for breakfast, and a very good restaurant upstairs, also with amazing views. Sea breeze is a great little find for a beachside getaway so close to Sydney. "
