"Great location close to shops, beaches etc. Quiet leafy street. The studio is super cute, with a very comfy bed and pillows. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need for a short stay. The host was very accommodating and answered any questions. House puppy Molly was adorable. The fact that this space was pet-friendly was really important. Maybe a small space for dogs to toilet ( rather than having to go across the road would further improve the stay). We would stay again "

They thought it was wonderful, perfect for a small family, fabulously located for exploring and, most of all, for relaxing at the end of the day in the pool staring at the view. "We had a lovely couple of days in this character filled property with incredible views. There was everything you could want in the kitchen (and more). The lounge area was comfy and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck for lunch. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved Clareville. Such a picturesque area and the waterfront is practically on the doorstep. The boys also enjoyed the waves at Avalon beach which is only a few minutes drive away. I would highly recommend the Sundeck Cottage and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing this gem. "

"A 5 day stay to unwind and be near the beach. Lynn is a wonderful host and gave fantastic advice about where to go and provided what ever was needed and offered so much extra. The hot tub with a view was unbelievable and the facilities are just what you need to satisfy every need. I will be back as the stay completely fufilled the brief. "

Just a few steps from the surf club, which had a great surf side cafe for breakfast, and a very good restaurant upstairs, also with amazing views. Sea breeze is a great little find for a beachside getaway so close to Sydney. "
