"Off season for a Waterpark proved to be quiet and beautifully tranquil. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was very responsive and great to work with any issues. The only issue was that I was in town for a professional conference and the door access key was a neon armband that did not quite go with my suit. I opted to not attach it to my person and accidentally dropped it in the trash. I texted the front desk who was VERY responsive and contacted Housekeeping not to empty the waste basket in question. The team work and response was great and I was able to retrieve the armband. Highly recommend this hotel with lots of in room amenities and activities available for families. "
