"This property is in a great location and exactly as described. Quiet cul de sac with neighborhood boat ramp within walking distance. Super clean and well stocked. Lots of room and very comfortable beds. Very nice showers that had plenty of hot water and pressure.Appliances all seemed fairly new and everything worked great. "The house was pretty. The kitchen renovation was very nice. The space was perfect for our group. We were there for a conference aNd weren’t at the home a lot but it has plenty of sleeping space. The house was not clean upon our arrival. The bathrooms were dirty, there was a broken window in the master bedroom that my husband tried to fix to keep closed. There was a vape left in one of the beds. None of the sheets were clean except the master bedroom. There was dog hair it looked like in clumps...

"Well maintained, and elevated style made this stay one to return too! The kids fished blue gill, bass, sunfish in stocked pond. Caught bait in the creek. Spacious bedrooms with upscale linens. We took full advantage of the hot tub and long naps in the swinging porch bed. The kitchen was well stocked for many meals cooked at home. Loved all the windows and listening to the creek. "We have been coming to Lake Guntersville for years and this was a favorite property of ours. The cabin was incredibly clean and had tons to do! Games for evenings, horseshoes, a fire pit and other things to do outside. Then a great dock with kayaks my kids played in for hours. Theowners thought of everything to make this house feel like home while you stay here!"
