"Wanted to stay in the Sapphire area in the winter and this was a great place for it. Owners were great to communicate with, excellent location with great amenities, including an indoor pool and jacuzzi you can use even in the winter. We will be back."

The owner checked in on us often to make sure everything was ok. The best was arriving and seeing the house and cabins decorated for Christmas! thank you for going above and beyond. "Our family of 7 women stayed for the weekend and had a wonderful relaxing time together. Plenty of bedrooms and spaces to hang out. Everyone loved the long kitchen table where we enjoyed our meals and played games. We also appreciated having multiple bathrooms and were thrilled to discover that everyone’s beds were extremely comfortable!!!A great place to stay if you want to be close to Asheville conveniences but also feel like you are on a mountain trip! "

"What place to kick back and enjoy the sound of the river wisking by and the crackiling of the great fireplace. We had a group of nine (over 60 in age each) that has gone over 30+ yrs for once a year long weekend trips to Blue Ridge Smokies. This stop was a great place for out group. House was plenty big enough. The owner and property helpers we quick to fix a couple of issues when we arrived. But overall, the old house did us well once we got used to the little qwerks all houses seem to have....

"The property was a lovely place to get away with just the two of us. We enjoyed the sound of the creek running by the duplex and the rustic feel. The internet could be spotty at times. Overall a wonderful place to spend time with each other and enjoy the countryside. "

"We absolutely loved this place. It's certainly bigger than the pictures make it look online. Very spacious, very clean with the added bonus of a private hot tub right outside your back door on an enclosed deck. Every bedroom has it's own private full bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is very conveniently close to places to eat and stores to grab your necessities. We would definitely stay here again."

"The cabin is a perfect couples getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sounds of the creek right next to the cabin. It’s close enough to Asheville and hiking but not too close to be too touristy. The only thing I would mention is that the yard is not fully fenced in like it looks like on the pictures. I specifically had chosen that cabin for that because we were bringing our dogs. And we had some ants in the kitchen but I guess it comes with being out in nature."

"Four of us booked our trip last May with Christmas at the Biltmore the main attraction! The VRBO was a perfect home base and provided each of us with our own private BR and bath! The place was lovely, well stocked and clean. Communication with management was great. Very easy check in and out. My only recommendations would be either dimmers on the overhead lights or small 3 way table lamps plus a few inexpensive end tables. But even without these things, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here...
