It’s a guest house with its own private entry, public space, etc. Roland had everything ready for our arrival and the property was beautiful! We had 3 kids (ages 7-12) and 2 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The property had a few nice amenities we made use of— a coffee maker with pods, washer/dryer with pods. "We needed a house to stay for a few non-local crew members for a film shoot. We didn't spend much time in the house, but it was clean and organized with plenty of amenities for us. We had a little hiccup with the lockbox but the owner was responsive immediately and we solved within minutes. The internet was a little flaky in one of the rooms, just as a caution for anyone planning on doing virtual work in the house, but there was no problem with cell signal.
