Welcome to Off the Grid villa as seen on HGTV's Caribbean Life. A true Caribbean oceanfront vacation. Pamper yourself and let your cares slip away, if even for a few days. This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom private Turks and Caicos rental villa sits directly on the ocean in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Away from the crowds of Grace Bay, to the quieter side of the island known for stunning views of gin clear, turquoise water, white sandy beaches, warm ocean waters, and of course orange tropical sunsets.

This villa is a hidden gem in a slice of paradise. Miles of white sand , calm breezes unlike Grace Bay, and tons of room to explore in and out of the water. Swim, snorkel, kayak, frolic or bask in the sun in our 25 x 18 foot salt water infinity edge swimming pool. At night, dine Alfresco under the stars and listen to...nothing.. only the sounds of the water as it hits the shoreline. Ideal for small families, couples or singles.

A few short minutes drive down the road leads to two of the most sought after locations in the entire Turks and Caicos, Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beaches . Walk 2 to 3 miles out and the water is not even waist deep. Perfect for everyone, kids, persons who are not great swimmers or elderly. Enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Las Brisas, the closest restaurant to our Villa. Rent pontoons, jet skis, paddle boards, boats and more with Silly Creek water sports on the beach.

Off the Grid
Amazing views, property and seclusion, yet just a short drive away from incredible beaches! Just a short ride to Grace Bay, the ferry or any other adventures on the island as well as restaurants. My family enjoyed the pool, swimming out in the sound from the house and just enjoying the gorgeous view! Both the owner and property manager, Cady, were very responsive and easy to work with. My teenage sons unanimously voted this as their favorite VRBO and vacation! I agree!

A Serene Getaway with Stunning Views
We had an amazing stay at this property! The scenery was breathtaking, and being right on Chalk Sound was a dream. Although the wind prevented us from using the kayak, we still enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere. We used the pool everyday and it was a definite highlight. The house came equipped with everything we needed. Loved having a clean grill too. Cadi was incredibly friendly and gave us a thorough tour upon arrival. We drove into Grace Bay once or twice a day, but the peaceful location of this house was worth it. Plus, being close to Taylor Bay beach was a fantastic bonus! Highly recommend this property for a serene getaway.

My family recently stayed at Off the Grid, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is clean and comfortable, and the location/views are gorgeous. We highly recommend this villa to anyone considering a visit to TCI.

Incredible Villa!
There's literally nothing to complain about. The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property itself is simply incredible. There's so much to do when you walk out the back door like swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking in the sound, or laying in the hammock under the palm trees, or playing in the pool. In all of our travels, this is one of our most favorite rentals ever!

The property was truly paradise and the vacation was exactly what we needed. We often stayed at the villa because everything we needed was right there. That said, there are plenty other options for excursions for those who are into that. We highly recommend this villa!

If you’re looking for a villa in a gorgeous setting away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. The view of Chalk Sound with its small islands and brilliant turquoise water is amazing. The villa is in great repair and adequately stocked with the essentials.

Every amenity you need in the perfect paradise. This was our first trip to Turks and we LOVED being down in Chalk Sound away from the bustle of Grace Bay. Right down the road from some amazing food options and pristine beaches PERFECT for young kids. Our 2 year old could walk out for a mile and still be waist deep. We had 2 days where the water outside the property was glass/no wind, and it was so beautiful to be out on the water in the provided kayak. We fit our family of 5 onboard :). We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Cady made us feel welcome and gave us all of the best suggestions for the island. Malcom Roads Beach is a hidden gem and a must see. 12 out of 10.

Perfect honeymoon!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful villa. Everything was perfect, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, fabulous pool, and the view of Chalk Sound was spectacular. We loved being able to kayak right off of our little dock. Cadian, the property manager was great and came through with many terrific recommendations. The owners were also wonderful to work with as we needed to reschedule our honeymoon due to Covid. All around amazing trip and would love to stay here again!

Great property and stay. Owner provided timely and thorough communications. Suggest considering adding plastic cups (ie non glass) for use by the pool for safety reasons and cutting down the palm on the left side of the pool for better viewing of the Sound. House was well equipped with utensils and cookware plus easy access into the Sound and surrounding beaches. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

Off the Grid was exactly what we needed to forget all about the stress of the pandemic and the world for a week! The property is absolutely stunning, you have everything you need to for a perfect retreat from the real world. But, if you want to venture out and we did, there are great restaurants, beaches, shopping and don’t forget snorkeling! Cady was amazing and super helpful!

The best vacation!
Our vacation at Off the Grid in Turks and Caicos could not have been more perfect. It was the ideal spot for four adults and three children to enjoy the private pool and beach with a gorgeous turquoise water view of Chalk Sound. Our property manager Cady was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. We thank Tim and Shannon for sharing their beautiful, spacious yet cozy home with us! We will definitely book our next stay at Off the Grid when we return to Turks and Caicos in the near future..

Truly Relaxing Visit "Off the Grid"
Lovely property, in fact we are not even sure the photos do it justice-- it is even better in person. Well appointed with all you need. We spent most of our time at the home, ventured out some but our intent was to relax and unwind (which we did). We felt we had everything there from items for cooking to dvd's, tv, wi fi etc. Property manager, Cady, was likewise very responsive and prompt. Want to head there again as soon as we can!

Beautiful Home!
I was on island for a conference and brought my two teenage daughters and their friends. The house was perfect. You could chose to be in the pool, kayak or swim in Chalk Sound or lie on the pool deck. The decking does get very hot, so make sure you bring sandals or flip flops. You will need to rent a car to get around the island as the house isn’t near shopping/ restaurants. All in all, we had a fantastic time and hope to stay there again next year!!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The access to the Sound was great. We were only able to swim/kayak in it two days because of the wind. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The villa has everything you need for your stay - lots of beach towels and bath towels, extra sunscreen and bug spray (you will need the bug spray at night). We went to Taylor Bay - absolutely gorgeous! The villa is about a 25 minute drive to Grace Bay. We went there almost every day because that is where the good restaurants are. I recommend Baci Ristourante, Morgan's Reef, Hemmingways and Shay Cafe. Las Brisas and Chaulkies were also good and they were close to the Villa. We did a three hour boat tour with Silly Creek Adventures. It was super fun and informative. If we returned to Turks and Caicos we would stay here again.

Beautiful place exactly as described
This property was absolutely stunning. Very clean and Cady was kind and helpful. The location is very secluded and private. The dog next door guards his home very well :) he chased our car down the road, which was startling at first, but he always stopped at an imaginary line! We rented through Grace Bay rentals, which was very simple. Snorkeled with Caicos Dreams, which was a great time. Other than snorkeling and some dinners out, we enjoyed staying at the house and taking in the amazing views. Kayak was awesome too! A second kayak would be a great addition!
