"The hotel is dated but it is kept clean. My last stay at this hotel was November 2024 and they have stepped up the cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean and fresh smelling. Overall worth it. Breakfast continued to be delicious. Can't beat a hot breakfast included with the room."

"This hotel is 33%-50% cheaper than the hotels on North Ocean Blvd. Yet it is centrally located. Many restaurant options within walking distance. The Lauderdale by the Sea beach is walkable. The distance is maybe 1.5 miles, but it is an easy direct route. The pool and hot tub are a great feature. The continental breakfast includes cereal, bagels, muffins, toast , plus coffee and juices. "Valet took care of parking the rental. Reclining beach lounger chairs are included for guests at the beach along with beach towels. Live music at the restaurant bar each night we were there. Food and service was great. Coffee shop opened early to get that morning cup before making it out on the beach for sunrise. Rooms were fine and clean, balconys were just fine. Walk the beach down to the fishing pier at night was special and will always remember with my wife."
