"This property was perfect! The location was 100%! We were two blocks from the beach and two blocks from Atlantic Avenue. The space was clean and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room. The host thought of everything – beach chairs and umbrella, snacks, fresh flowers! We had everything we needed and a lot of what we wanted! "This a well kept condo in an old Florida one story series of buildings. Location is excellent for easy walking access to beach and restaurants and there is a lovely small courtyard to sit and enjoy the foliage. Another positive is property managers are close and very responsive to any concerns. Some negatives: kitchen is a bit dated but useable; tv's are a bit small, and there is a large house being built next door to condo building. Even with these negatives, I would recommend renting it since...
