"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. "This is our 2nd time at the Atrium. It's very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Our room this time had a couple of issues which is why we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and the washing machine had some issues. All in all, we love the Atrium."

"I really do not know where to start. This was the most exciting and beautiful properties that my family and I have ever stayed in! To tell my whole experience would be a the page letter! All I can say is management and the house staff were amazing!!! It was like a home away from home! We were greeted with the friendliest people in the world! So needless to say... we will be back!
