"Condo was very cute and we loved the location. Grounds were all maintained and clean. Condo was very clean as well. Great communication with host he answered all of our questions. Could use a little maintenance in between guests. The beach chairs and umbrella were a huge plus for us. We ran into a few hiccups during our stay but the host did everything he could to try to make it right. The location is very quiet and only saw a few other people during our stay. Over all great place! "

"Excellent choice when staying in Turks and Caicos. Centrally located we were never more than a 12-13 minute drive from anywhere. There are a few walkable restaurants and the walk to the beach wasn’t too bad. The property itself was great, we had a private balcony, access to the pools were easy where the views were awesome and it was very quiet and felt safe. Communication with the property owner was top notch. We highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a place in T&C "
