"This property was perfect for our visit with some family/friends in Hoboken. It was very clean and comfortable! The location is easy walking distance to many types of stores and restaurants to suit all tastes. Joe was helpful with getting us all set up with parking and details of what to do upon arrival. "This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. "

"The place is good and the location is great, 10 min walk to the train. We felt safe with the security codes on both doors. We loved having air con since the apartment is on the top floor. Very nice little kitchen. Good place! :)"

"Great property, location, condition and staff. Poor WiFi connectivity and poor communication, especially pre-arrival and during the stay. However, they were able to resolve the WiFi issue by connecting us to a different network, low quality signal, wasn’t able to use it from the apartment. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Will come back here again. "

"Two couples guys going to a concert at MSG and ladies went to see a broadway show. All four of us just eating drinking and siteseeing. The property was clean comfortable and spacious . The pros being it had three bedrooms and two full baths and a garage spot on premises. The cons nothing within walking distance as far as restaurants and bars and the steps . The pros far outweighs the cons and being above the age of sixty the steps might be just fine for others"
