"Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again"

"All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit."

"The property was nice, in an older building with flats, this is on the ground floor. It was really clean, although it had a bit of a smoker's smell to it. I don't think it was because someone smoked in it, but maybe in an adjoining flat, like downstairs perhaps? It was really close to Pleasure Beach and other attractions - you'll walk there in about 5 mins. Also, within easy walk of the train station. I'd definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"Comfortable but basic apartment. Ideal location for our requirements, though could be off-putting if you don’t know the area (I do). Surprisingly quiet and feels much safer than you’d think on first impression. Like most serviced apartments, could do with some tlc. A few hours tidying up decor, flooring etc would make all the difference. No iron. Good price overall. "

"Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. "

"Everything was top notch apart from the poory lit pathways to the accommodation. In the dark it is very difficult to find where you are going particularly if it is one's first visit. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever."

Great place, great location and lovely staff

"We turned up very early at 10:30 and asked on the off-chance if we could pay to park earlier as we had to go to a dance comp at winter gardens. Not only were we able to park early but also check in at this time rather than the 10pm check in we were expecting after our dance comp. Also the parking was such good value at £7 and it’s a locked gates carpark with CCTV. The staff from start to finish were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They even started breakfast earlier for us on the Sunday as we had to be back out at the competition for 8:30pm And again the service was brilliant. We will definitely be staying again. "
