"Lovely welcome from a girl on reception. Requested a low floor level room, got a ground floor which was brilliant. Only down fall is that one of the cups hadnt been washed properly and still had a ring mark round it where the last visitors had a brew in it. Easy to enter and exit hotel with a key card. In lounge they have stuff to make brews, toast, cereals, etc with no extra cost. Would we stay again? Definatley. "

My only comment would be just hope you don't have a bouncy child staying in the room above as you can hear everything. "
