"If you want to find a slice of old Florida, with direct access to a pristine lake, then this place won't disappoint!We stayed for only a couple of nights, but very much wish it had been more. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It was also enormous, with a separate bathroom which was far bigger than expected.The pictures don't really do this place justice. "We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

"This property was only minutes from the beach. The pool was clean,the house was clean and fully stocked with cooking items,as well as cleaning items. The host was very friendly and reached out with many recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this property and host to everyone! "

Only suggestions, but not affecting our stay, new window treatments and carpet would be nicer. Also furnishings are dated. But all was comfortable ."

"The pool was heated and clean. Nice patio area and we enjoyed swimming everyday. Comfortable furniture in the home with plenty of sleeping room available. Multiple TVs available. Fully stocked kitchen. Snacks and bottled water greeted us. Quiet residential area. Easy to get to stores, restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed our stay! "

"Overall, this property served our needs perfectly. We were in Daytona for a percussion competition at the Ocean center. Had a very minor issue with an alarm system, but a quick text and issue was resolved in less than a minute. Owner/manager was very quick to respond. Other than that we had no issues.Cute little place with all the amenities you would need for a long stay, literally minutes from beaches and attractions. Would definitely stay again.Thank you for letting us use your home."

"Property: centrally located near to bridges to the mainland and race track, close to Main St and the biker bars, two blocks to the beach (the beach access is located on the same street so it’s a direct walk to the sand!!) and walking distance to the Sessions Restaurant inside the Hard Rock hotel. Easy to access with a digital lock, direct front door access to the floor level unit. Unit was clean and tidy, plenty of seating, dining room tables extends to seat 6.
