"This hotel had the coolest decor of all the places we stayed in Vietnam. Excellent restaurant as well, and a chill rooftop bar to hang out after a day navigating the wild streets of Hanoi. The staff was fabulous."

"Exceptional customer service at Solaria hotel. Lily at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my solo stay is welcoming and memorable. The fully body massage at the spa was top notch. The location is central to everything and breakfast is delicious. The downside was that the only elevator broke while I was there so everyone needed to use stairs regardless of their floor. It didn’t bother me as the porter helped me with my luggage. However, it might be an issue for other tourists. Perhaps, it is normal in Vietnam so may not be unique to Solaria hotel. I would stay in this hotel again. "

"The picture on Expedia.com is exactly what you get. Super friendly staff, from the bell boy to the receptionist. The rooms are clean and comfortable. No complains from me and our family of 14 including kids. The staff are so cheerful, helpful, and full of enthusiasm that makes this hotel stands out from the other hotels I had been. Breakfast menu is good with a good choice of buffet and ala carte. Need to specially mention the 2 receptionist that were there during our 4 days 3 nights stay, Ms.Anna and another one (sorry forgot your name), they really made our day with their lovely smiles and greetings ! Overall in terms of hospitality, it is the best hotels I had been to (trust me)..It maybe a 4 star hotel, but with a 5 star hospitality service."
