"Very good location if you want easy access to the imperial city. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. The staff were great and very helpful. My room was always and all on one floor.On-site restaurant and coffee shop were very good. Walkable to the river and night market, if you like a good walk. Taxi service to the same were quite inexpensive."

Particularly Nhu, she recommended and booked excellent hue city tour, fixed TV and refrigerator problems and booked train tickets. Room was quiet, bed comfortable air-condition worked well. "Since our arrival until our check out, our time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co has been fabulous. The only negative is that we stayed for only 5 nights. I wish it could have been more. Our lagoon view villa was beautiful, designed in a traditional style. Our preference over a large scale hotel resort. "What a beautiful hotel, the most gracious staff and amenities. A little farther out from the main downtown Hue area but we didnt mind. We also rented a scooter one day and rode all around, for only 200k ($10) which the hotel brought and reserved for us! The gym and pool amenities were great. the surrounding area is very quaint and quiet, but perfect for families and couples who dont plan to stay out and about. "

"This was a very nice room, however, the windows looked out on a brick wall. I wasn’t expecting that.. The breakfast was good, the staff were wonderful. It’s an extremely busy noisy tourist center of Hue but because we had the brick wall outside our window, we didn’t hear any of it at night! I would recommend this hotel, but another room in it. I looked in some others that were being cleaned the next morning and they were large and wonderful."
