this 1200 square-foot condo is located in a beautiful, friendly neighborhood. there is a private community pool/Jacuzzi. Interested in cooking? The place comes with two microwaves, juicer, blender, air fryer, two brand new LG washer dryer, and so much more! trying to kick back and relax? Enjoy a 65 inch 4K TV with Xbox one XS system! I would recommend this place for anyone on a budget and would like to live in paradise

Not what was expected
Dishes dirty including cupboards and silverware drawers Master bath smelled like poop Bath towels very old No kitchen towels Price hiked by $1500 at last minute. Cost was not worth it. I would say the condo was equal to comfort inn motel Would not recommend this place

Great condo
Very nice property in a safe location close to restaurants and convenience stores. Is on bus routes if you want to use that route. Great neighbors and very nice pool area with a jacuzzi. Close to walking paths.The beds are very comfortable and the condo has everything that you could need.

Stay in Scottsdale for Phoenix Open
Great location and very nice complex- everything we needed was very close by. Unit was very spacious and clean and tidy when we arrived. We were not able to enjoy pool area because of weather and did not spend too much time there mostly to shower and sleep. Beds were very comfortable. Great host and would rent there again.
