"Check in was a nightmare my room was not ready I waited over 2 hours and I was given a room I didn’t choose. My room didn’t have towels it took them 2 hours to bring any. I would call the lobby 2-3 times no answer I wouldn’t stay here again "

"Absolutely love the hotel. I love the plantings and the pool and the way they took care of my room. I just feel like the location- It doesn’t belong there -when you step off the property stepping into a very unsafe street traffic wise. Hard to get to the beach if you’re walking and it’s like it belongs somewhere else in Thailand because it’s a very wonderful hotel."

"Had a great and relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel! Service was friendly and efficient. Enjoyed many hotel acitivities such as learning to windsurf, basics of Thai massage and using the new spa. Site does have some construction and building noise can be heard during the day in some areas. Other than that, stay was perfect!"
