Plenty of room for improvement
Quite a run down hotel which had a bad smell around all public spaces. The room was pretty good except for the AC seeming to be either fully cold or not on at all, making it freezing cold or too hot overnight. Most staff seemed quite indifferent to guests and the food was now quite what could be expected from a 5-star resort.

The staff were excellent, however management allowing a large wedding to take place for several days which meant at times dining areas weren't available or pools weren't available or experienced staff were in short supply and loud music could be heard throughout the resort and onetime way past midnight, will make me think twice about booking again. We booked this holiday many months in advance and some early advice would have been appreciated.

The size of our room was amazing, but the extra treat was being able to jump into the pool from our deck. We loved the all inclusive package as it gave us choices with access to three restaurants, each with a different menu, three bars, and three pools. But the best part was being so close to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Our second visit in 11 months. It was another incredible, excellent and wonderfully relaxing stay. The staff are the friendliest (shout out to YaYa and team at the Beach Grill, M and Waan at the pool bar - thanks for the 'M Special' drink and Kath at reception whose english is excellent). The food is excellent, drinks are very good, the pools are beautiful and the rooms are recently renovated and very comfortable. We are planning our next trip! The slightest downer is the 1.5hrs drive from the airport. It is an excellent place to stay and we feel as though we are in a 1 week long dream when we are there.
