"The Carlton is a wonderful hotel. The property looks very new. It’s is a busy part of town (isn’t everything in Bangkok the same though) very close to 2 big malls. Enough shopping and casual dining around. We had 2 Deluxe rooms and they were great. At checkin time, I asked the lady at the checkin counter about upgraded rooms.
