"We loved our stay at Natura: all of the staff are so kind and helpful, the room was beautiful and spacious, and the resort itself is so tranquil and beautiful. Unfortunately, the area is not super walkable, and so to get into Ubud you will need a driver or to use the free hotel shuttle service (very helpful but hard if you wanted to have a dinner out or leave earlier). The spa was lovely and relaxing, and while all the food looks beautiful, it was not the best tasting. Overall, we really enjoyed...

"I had a lovely stay! One thing I might recommend, is making the opening times for the bar/breakfast area more visible, there were a few times when we checked for cocktails and it wasn't open. Other than that, 10/10 stay! Thank you very much! "

"Property was nice, had a private pool, mini fridge. But the pool wasn’t clean and there were frogs in it. Also the bed made so much noise even on the slightest movement that we couldn’t sleep. Host was excellent though. Very responsive and took care of all our requests."
