"We stayed at this property Jany 28-Feb 3. While their breakfast is good and our server Roxan was excellent the cleanliness of our room was substandard. The bedroom floor seem not to be swept or mopped. The bathroom floor, shower glass, toilet, sink & fixtures were not cleaned properly by housekeeping. They seemed to be short staffed. I would not be returning for this one reason that is I do not compromise on cleanliness. "

"It’s clear that they have just opened and not crossed all their T’s but it was a good stay. 1.Walk with a water shoes as the sand is kinda rocky for me 2. Lot of dinner options and the food was good 3. Nice buffet options 4. The property is huge so you might have some walking to do to get to places depending on where your room is. I was in the fourth floor west wing so it was a walk to get to the buffet but I didn’t mind 5. If you’re party people this hotel might not be the ideal option but for relaxing, not too loud this would be perfect"

"This is a beautiful property! It opened Nov 2024 and I took my husband there for his birthday in January. The friendly and hospitable staff made our stay very relaxing and fun. Our butlers, Richardo and Davel, were the best! Abigail, who works at the platinum lounge was the sweetest and helped to ensure my husband had a great celebratory week! Sue Ann- Dante, and Dwight were a few of our favorite bartenders/waiters. We look forward to visiting this resort again soon!!"

"Service in the bar areas were slow! Sometimes they were kinda grumpy! You stood there a bit before they would ask what you wanted! I know there are sometimes and certain people might not be the kindest to them, but the average person sees this as rude!!!"
