"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"The property was nothing like the pictures. The receptionist was very friendly. The property itself was not very good. The sliding door to the balcony was broken, the tub didn’t drain and overall it just wasn’t as wxpected."

"The location of this property is great for easy access to local areas in the Hipstrip and access to private beaches. The space was functional but just very run-down. It needed a thorough cleaning and fresh paint and tile repair. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was superb."

"The property was extremely clean and neat. You are getting more than what you pay for. Fortunately after reading a negative review I decided to take a chance and stay at this property and I am so glad I did. Had I went with the review I would have missed out on a fabulous property. "Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. Place is outdated and in need of major renovations and repair, kitchen old and dingy never cooked there once, bathrooms and showers old, toilets didn't flush properly,black mold on ceiling, ants, beds don't fit bed frames, killed huge cockroach in kitchen first night,front door doesn't lock...

"Im sorry to say these were the worst 2 apartments in the hotel which by the way is not called terrez but is actually in the negril beach club hotel (id like to stressthat the negril beach club itself seemed to be a nice hotel to stay ) but thr 2 apartments that i booked under the false advertisement on hotels .com website were the worst experience ever , they privately owned and this was not listed i couldnt find it to start with then i called the number and was put through to yet another hotel...

"The staff was exceptionally well. I really appreciate the housekeeping staff member chaundra. My room was 3013 please know she did a excellent service for my wife and I that needs to be recognized also the shuttle drivers to and from our room was awesome and helpful Sahsha was very hospitable to us. We loved her."

S Hotel Montego Bay - Luxury Boutique All Inclusive Hotel

"This was my first time going to Jamaica and I'm so glad we stayed here. I came with my best friend from NY for my birthday. We were both so happy she found this place. The staff was soo nice as soon as we stepped onto the property. We were greeted with a rum punch and guided to the front desk to check our status of arrival. He let us know that there was a beach view upgrade I qualified for due to my platinum status and ready to check in at 1 pm. It was the absolute best invitation we have gotten. From there it only got better. The views, beach and food was all wonderful. This place is a gem in Montego Bay. It's truly a magical place. Despite the first few days of cloudy weather due to the nearby hurricane, still got enough sunshine that was well needed. We also got to meet a lot of nice people and made good friends. This place helped my friend and I create some amazing memories. I would def come back!!"
