"Our 2nd time in this unit...4th in the building. The location is perfect - walk to LaRopa and walk to town. The view is amazing - unobstructed view of the entire bay...best enjoyed at night with a drink! Owner is super easy to contact and quick to respond to questions. Was flexible with our check out time as well. The onsite staff are friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to return. "

"The communication with the owners was great and very helpful. They answered our questions right away and had an onsite housekeeper to assist us to check in (although she doesn't speak English and we don't speak Spanish). "This property is amazing inside and the view outside. Great hosts who keep a well appointed unit. Weekly cleaning service provided. Very responsive to our needs and very helpful with getting us settled and comfortable. The lovely gift items to make us welcome and the kind use of their bikes was also an unexpected plus. The infinity pool with an awesome view of Ixtapa and a beautiful restaurant are an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!"

"This was out 3rd stay. The condo and the property are well cared for. The staff, from security to the front desk to the restaurant are lovely and very helpful. The team managing the condo are very responive in answering any questions. The condo location is great and adjacent to the marina which has a small sundry and also a liquor store which is an easy walk. Walking home from dinner out in Ixtapa in the evening felt very safe. Recommend spending the day at La Perla at La Ropa beach and taking...

"My partner and I had a fantastic stay here! It was the perfect spot for the two of us. We loved starting our mornings with a trip to the pool or beach. "You know, they had a TV but the view was the best TV in the world. We had a wonderful time. The steps to La Madera were right there, restaurants close by, security doorman nicest/sweetest in the world. Carmen was awesome. The condo had everything we needed….very hot when we were there but the bedroom stayed cool. What a view, great time. Highly recommended!"

"I have been staying a BVG Marina for over 10 years. This was the first time staying in this unit and it did not disappoint. The balcony was amazing - views, table, lounge chairs and a pool deep enough to cool off and accommodate up to 4 adults comfortably. This is nice when the main pool area downstairs is full; you have your own oasis. Jorge was quick to communicate and attentive to our needs. You are on the 18th floor...so check off a item on the bucket list and take the stairs at least...
