"Very nice and gentel staff"

"We loved our stay at Vision hotel, lake garda is absolutely stunning!! We will definitely be back. The staff were so nice and helpful, the property was absolutely gorgeous! It is a bit further away from the city centre but there is a walking path that goes along the lake to get to the Center only taking about 20 mins to get to. In the morning upon checkout we were unable to get a hold of a taxi (it was an early morning) and the staff took us to the train station with their hotel van for 5€ which...

"This hotel was perfect for us, beautiful views to the lake, great choice for breakfast and good sized rooms. Great location for restaurants and shops, with the train station only a short walk away. Really pleased with our choice of hotel. "

"The hotel is so beautifully decorated, walkable from the train station and to the city center. The staff are so kind and helpful, attentive to details, they speak great English. Breakfast area is nice and it's basic but delicious. I did not get the chance to see the tooftop but it seems nice. One thing i did not like is the bathroom, it is for the disabled and the sink is too low for me, also after opening the balcony door for fresh air we had insects coming in the room, but we could sleep...

"We stayed during peak summer and temperatures were 35°C. We arrived via train and it is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and beach so the location was not ideal for us in the heat and on foot. We found the breakfast to be fantastic. We were made fresh croissants which were the best we’ve ever eaten, there was cereal, bread/toast, hot and cold meat, eggs, loads of choice of fruit, pancakes, waffles, doughnuts, muffins, cakes and more and we really enjoyed it. Air con was good but...

"We chose the apartment as our base for a holiday. It suited us very well it was especially nice to have an outdoor space with table and chairs for relaxing in the Italian sunshine. Staff were extremely helpful and always courteous and friendly. Special thanks for the receptionist who recommended Malcesine as a day out and gave us all the information we needed fir the trip."

"The property was good, the only 2 issues I can complain is that the room was hot no AC UNIT and because of slow season kitchen close at 7 Everything else was perfect "
