We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and while the location is very convenient—close to ferries and in a walkable area—the experience was less than ideal. The hotel was clean, but unfortunately, I couldn’t get any sleep during my stay. The AC was not working, and when I asked about it, the staff informed me that the air conditioning was controlled by the entire building. Their solution was to open the windows for better air circulation, but this made the situation worse. The hotel is situated above a restaurant that stays open until 2:00 am, and the noise was unbearable. Between the heat and the noise, it was impossible to get any rest. Sadly, I will not be staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean. The location was convenient, right across from the ferry dock. However, I did encounter a few issues that prevented me from giving it a perfect rating. The hotel did not have an iron, there was a water shortage at 9.30am that lasted for 20 minutes, and the AC was not working on the second day. Despite these setbacks, I would still rate my overall experience as 4 stars.

Gorgeous little hotel right on the lake
Clean rooms, friendly front desk, a. Amazing views, right by the river. Breakfast was adequate (nit expansive since it didn't appear they have a kitchen). Was able to get extra bottles of water. Front desk was able to call us taxis as there aren't any car rental places close by.
