"I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again."

"Easy to get into, great location for sightseeing and for Vienna pass bus stops. The only problem for us was the heating, centrally controlled, and much too hot. We had to keep opening windows to cool the studio down. The shower was excellent, rain shower didn't work well but the other head was very powerful. Great bed, very clean, lots of room. No English tv channels, slippers or iron and hairdryer was awkward to use with holding handle down, but none of this particularly mattered to us because...

"Very comfortable, clean & well equipped apartment in a great location. U bahn stations are only 10-15 minute walk away. The Prater amusement park is also a very short walk away. Grocery stores also very close. A good choice of restaurants can be found close by at the Rochusmarkt. Only negatives. Some instructions explaining how to work heating etc in the apartment, along with some local information would be useful. "

"The apartment was both modern and spacious, with a cooker and fridge. The shower room was huge, and the bed too. The apartment is just a short walk from Vienna Hetzendorf train station. The only thing missing from the apartment really was a kettle for us Brits to make a cuppa. There was a coffee maker. 😁"

"Communication was great. As American travellers on our honeymoon they gave everything we needed and even left a note and champagne in the fridge. (We don't drink but the gesture was much appreciated). You can walk to bakeries and restaurants and the metro in just minutes. Schonnbrunn is a 12 minute walk but the gardens are only a few minutes away. The room was clean and well stocked and the bed was large and comfortable. 5 stars, you really cant ask for more. "
