"First of all, I’ve stayed at various hotels throughout the world. This hotel had the BEST hospitality! The staff was amazing! I have never stayed at a hotel where they greeted us by name every day! They genuinely asked how our day was and they were the nicest. Nicolas in particular was fantastic! We loved seeing and greeting him daily. He gave us fantastic pointers and recommendations! Ramiro at the front desk was also super helpful and so nice! Elliot the bartender made us delicious drinks and Miriam was our housekeeper that did our turndown service and gave us a hand written note. Thank you to everyone that helped make this an unforgettable 40th birthday trip! I hope to come back to Cusco soon. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel!"

"Hotel is in a good tourist location and is surrounded by restaurants, bars, grocery stores everything you need in a community! Area is safe and very lively day and night ! Hotel employees are very helpful and kind ! Morning breakfast is good taste and variety! Hotel is in excellent condition and has a lovely rooftop terrace and rooftop gym ! Rooms are sound proof and are well furnished! Beds they sleep well ! Restaurant serves delicious foods and drinks ! Love their pisco sour ! Lovely hotel ! Will definitely be back soon! "
