We got an upgrade to a junior suite which was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the rooftop terrace had great late night music/dance on both nights we were there. They also provided us with a free late checkout, which was highly appreciated as our flight was late in the evening.

Staff name Beatrice at the front reception was very helpful The big issues to us was the bed size (it wasn’t a queen) was very hard to have a good sleep at night It was not working for my family and we couldn’t separate the kids either for other room

Thank you to William and Beatriz who provided exceptional customer service. The hotel was close to everything in Miraflores. We loved the rooftop pool, the view and water was extremely warm and temperature was perfect. Amazing stay and place!
