"Room was very small but clean. Lots of stairs difficult for someone with restricted mobility. Smoke from the bbq area down stairs coming in through the bathroom window which had glass missing at the top. "

"Room was large and very comfortable. Only suggestion it took a while to work out the air conditioner settings as there were no instructions in room. The complex was very clean and worth the cost, we used the pool which was large, clean and had no problem in getting a sun lounge. "

"We visited Sunday 8th into Monday 9th December, to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. We also sent an email, asking if there was opportunity for a room with a bath and possible upgrade but didn't hear back until checkin.Althoughh staff on reception were helpful and 'sympathetic' there apparently, was not the option for upgrade but instead, acknowledged my husbands's birthday with a nice bottle of red and a late checkout. It was and always has been, our 'go to' hotel for special occasions and...
