The hotel is nice but far from everywhere. You would need to take Uber to get to the closest supermarket.
This hotel is the best I have ever experienced. And I travel a lot. The service deserves 20 stars out of 5. The staff are excellent and read every wish from the guests' eyes. It really couldn't be better. If you have a relative in the hospital next door, it's really incredibly uplifting to find an almost family-like atmosphere. I would also like to make special mention of Marinel. The hotel manager James is wonderful and helpful and there for you, as are all the staff. Excellent and many many more Stars. Thanks to all.
We dined in the restaurant for our adults daughters birthday! Booked a table for 8, the staff were amazing and prompt and professional service all round! However the food was not up to standards Parmigiana was very dry/overcooked! The Barramundi was just nice but definitely not complimented by the salad! The steak was chewy for a medium rare! The salads were not made with love! However the chips were yummy!
Nice and clean. One point to note for improvement: the confusing use of the shared lifts with Murdoch Residences could be improved by using different colour name plates for the main label description of the actual lift button panel. They now look exactly the same and it's easy to access the wrong panel of buttons.
