Only suggestion would be us to mail guests prior to events such the cycling event which caused huge disruption when trying to reach the hotel by car due to many road closures and advise them of the best route as you can turn...

"Property is nice however definitely showing its age staining around vents in room. Pool is nice however it is in need of a deep clean of tiles in pool. Dirt in corners requiring cleaning also "
