Water burst out of light fittings in my basthroom early in the morning...I was waiting in my room for over 30min for assistance...towels were brought to my room... No offer to change rooms mind you 1:30am didn't really feel like it... Other than that id stay in a Junior King Room again.

We decided on the upgrade to junior suite. Spa Bath was fantastic and the room overlooked the river. Staff were very helpful to assist with a broken glass in the bathroom. Definitely will be back

I had a work event to go to and stayed for the night, during our stay the staff were professional, friendly and helpful, we were upgraded and had complimentary buffet breakfast for two included. Everything we needed was in our clean spacious room. The rooms were quiet even though there is a busy bar located in the lobby along with a restaurant. Convenient stores and handy public transport close by as well as easy and reasonably priced hotel parking. Only thing i didn’t like was the smokers cloud you walked into leaving the hotel. A designated area would help with people sitting on the garden beds close to the entrance.
