"My boyfriend and I had a fantastic 12-night stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind; they made the check in process easy. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping consistently changed the sheets. They had a pool and hot tub that was clean and well-kept. Bonus was that they had times for adults only which allowed for those late-night peaceful swims. On-site restraurant was excellent, offered delicious food with great service. We never got around to using the bar, but it had a chill vibe and was busy. The hotel is also a few minutes away from Solihull Town Centre, we walked there daily to grocery shop and go to the shopping mall. Overall, hotel exceeded our expectations and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and relaxing place to stay."

"We enjoyed using the spa facilities in the morning, although we would have also liked to use them in the evening but they closed about 8pm I think. Breakfast selection was excellent and the service was attentive, yet relaxed and friendly. Surprisingly tranquil setting given the proximity to major roads. Location is therefore very easy to drive to. Plentiful parking. "

"The hotel is situated about a five minuet drive from the town, which makes it much quieter than staying in the town center. The grounds are well kept and there is ample parking and EV charging facilities. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfasts were substantial and excellent quality. The room we stayed in was a good size, clean and well appointed. We didn't use the gym or pool but they looked very inviting. We enjoyed out stay and would love to come back some time."
