"The space, location and layout of this house was really nice for our group of seven friends and we had a great week. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The heat was not working downstairs upon arrival, but he had a repairman come in to fix it and he also came over immediately when we were having trouble turning the fire pit on. "We spent 4 nights at Birch Haven in July. It’s in a lovely, quiet, remote location just under 9 miles from Lubec. The cottage is well-equipped and comfortable, surrounded by woods.
