"The property was just what I needed for a few days stay in Miami. The comfortable bed and clean shower were perfect. There was a mini kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and mini fridge, but no stovetop or oven to cook with, which was fine for this short trip. Joe and Deborah were great! They both checked in with me multiple times before and during my stay. When I tried to check in, there was no record of my reservation, but that was quickly resolved once the woman behind the counter messaged...

"The apartment was sufficient for our needs. The building is older and inside the apartment appeared worn out. It could use a fresh coat of paint to brighten it up a bit. The things we didn't like bathroom tub/shower was not clean and the water pressure was weak. The shower head and faucet weren't working properly and thus leaked when used.The mat had hair and other dirt under it. I had to clean the tub before using it. The coffee maker had cold coffee left in it from prior use. The uneven floors...
