We loved how walkable the neighborhood is, it so was close to the beach and they had beach towels for us to use. I would definitely stay here again, I highly recommend it!"

"It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two...

"Loved being so close to the beach and there’s everything you need in walking distance. The only thing we had to uber for was to get to UMF! And it was a party outside but not as hectic as downtown so the location was just top tier!"

"The apartment itself is just fine, but you don't want to spend too much time inside when you are right on the beach! It's steps away from an awesome bike/toe path and the beach, with complementary chairs and umbrella, and it's also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. So the location had everything we wanted. The apartment was small but serviceable, though had some oddities, like a misplaced TV to the side of the couch, which made it unusable for the movie nights we had planned with...

"Check-in process was a little odd since the front desk at the residence doesn’t check you in, but a third party does. However, once you figure out who you need to talk to, it was very smooth. The valet supervisor in the morning (sadly forget his name) was incredibly kind and helpful—definitely made the 50-a-night parking, if you use the service, worth it.One downside was that the pool closed at 7 PM, which was a bit disappointing since the sun was still up, and it would have been nice to enjoy...
