"We were hosted by “Cozy” accommodations. Overall they were easy to communicate with. I don’t understand why if Hotels.com is the third party we must authenticate our IDs with the host directly. With so many scams these days I’d like to only authenticate with hotels.com. On the other hand, the views were the best feature. "I usually never leave a negative feedback but someone forgot to mention that the train runs less than 50feet away over the apartment every 7-10 minutes and it is the loudest train ever . i GOT NO SLEEP if someone have had mention this before i would have never stayed there "

"The property and the apartment was very clean. Front desk staff are courteous. This apartment claim of partial sea view is not entirely accurate given the location of the property. The parking is valet which you have to pay for separately. Overall, it was a good experience and enjoyable stay. "

"This was our first time in Miami and we had such a beautiful and wonderful trip. The hospitality and kindness of the staff was a rare delight! We felt safe and comfortable and taken care of! Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for closeness to South Beach as well as Downtown Miami. We spent a lot of time at the Midtown shops as well- just a perfect summer vibe all year round!
